Painting

Painting has been my great passion for over 20 years. I create oil paintings and paint on silk. I also create textile art.

The quintessence of my creative exploration is hidden in color and form. I deeply believe that the essence of creation lies in the relationship between the artwork and its viewer. By presenting my paintings at an exhibition or on my website, I invite the viewer to interpret them in their own way. When we look at a painting, our imagination goes to work; everyone can create their own world and their own reality.

The viewer’s encounter with my work releases energy. It is an extraordinary, highly intimate moment. The person looking at the painting finds something familiar, personal, and unique within it. A new, unique story is born, where colors and their symbolism play a key role: they are guides through the undiscovered corners of our psyche, a catalyst for self-discovery, and they trigger positive emotions.

To date, I have held 9 solo exhibitions and participated in 15 group exhibitions. The most important artistic awards I have received include the 2nd Prize in the M.E. Andriolli International Drawing Competition (Nałęczów, 2006) and the Dean’s Distinction for my Artistic Diploma titled “Aktualny Model Rodziny” (“The Current Family Model”), completed in the Monumental Sculpture Studio of Prof. Adam Myjak (Lublin, 2007).
