Katarzyna Porczak’s painting, an excerpt
Fragment as an extracted part of the whole. I painted it to capture the viewer’s interest and focus it of a particular excerpt instead of the entire whole. Through the chosen composition, I determine the field of looking. I take the viewer on a visual journey into the subconscious. I present to them a subtle dance of light, which hypnotizes and enables color receptors to titillate our sensitivity as well as tll their own stories for us to decode.
